Shipping policy

Eco Patch uses Australia Post for all of our shipping. With the increasing cost of postage rate from Australia Post from July 3rd, 2023, we have reviewed and increased our rates to keep our business sustainable.

We currently offer the following;

• $5.50 letter shipping on selected smaller products with tracking
• $10.60 flat rate shipping Australia-wide
• $14.10 flat-rate Express shipping Australia-wide
• Free shipping on all orders over $100 Australia-wide

Eco Patch uses recycled and minimal packaging, and all packaging is plastic-free.
You will be provided with tracking details for your order. This will be sent to you via email when the order is processed.
Please allow a full business day to process your purchase and 1 business day after EFT payments have been confirmed.​
