REFUND POLICY
Eco Patch
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are not able to accept returns on a number of items due to the hygiene of the products. We can not accept returns/ exchanges on items from our beeswax wrap range, straws and dental and personal care range.
To complete your return, we require an email to advise of the issue within the 30 days and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us if asked to do so. We will not consider any returns if we have not received correspondence from you prior to the return of the goods.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@ecopatch.com.au.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, in the first instance please send us an email at admin@ecopatch.com.au. We will then advise you on how to proceed with your request- we will usually request photographic evidence of faults to be emailed to us.
Shipping
If directed to return your product, you should mail your product to; Eco Patch, 8 Holstein Crescent, Naracoorte, South Australia, 5271
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will only receive the amount for the item/s returned not the full order or shipping cost for the order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
